How we collect, use, and protect your information, and the choices you have.
This Privacy Policy explains how Prestige Enterprise Consulting Group LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Real Estate Mastery Pro, together with its members, owners, and affiliates (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit realestatemasterypro.com, submit a form, download materials, join a community, attend a call or event, or purchase a program (collectively, the “Services”). It also describes your privacy rights and how to exercise them. By using the Services you agree to this Privacy Policy and to our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request the Free Wholesaling Starter Kit, book a call, contact us, enroll in a program, join a community, post content, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, business name, the market you invest in, your experience level and goals, deal information you submit for review, questions and messages, testimonials, and payment-related information (payment card details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers).
Information collected automatically. When you use the Services we and our service providers automatically collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent, approximate location derived from IP address, and form-interaction data. We collect this using cookies, pixels, web beacons, local storage, log files, and similar technologies (see Section 5).
Information from other sources. We may receive information about you from payment processors, scheduling and calendar tools, email and SMS platforms, customer-relationship-management systems, analytics and advertising partners, community platforms, public records, social media, and referral partners, and we may combine it with information we already hold.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to: deliver the Services, including sending the Free Kit, program materials, call links, recordings, and community access; process enrollments and payments and maintain records of transactions; communicate with you about your account, programs, and inquiries; send educational content, newsletters, offers, event invitations, and other marketing by email, phone, and text message (with your consent where required); schedule and conduct fit calls, coaching, and deal reviews; personalize content and offers; operate, analyze, secure, and improve the Services; measure the effectiveness of our marketing; detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, chargebacks, and security incidents; comply with legal obligations; enforce our Terms and protect our rights, property, and safety and those of others; and for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your consent.
3. Calls, text messages, and email communications
When you provide your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages (SMS/MMS) from us and those acting on our behalf, which may include automated, prerecorded, or artificial-voice messages, for informational, transactional, and marketing purposes. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. We may still send you transactional or account-related messages after you opt out of marketing. Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers collected for SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Live calls, coaching sessions, and community events may be recorded. By participating you consent to recording and to our use of recordings to deliver the Services to you and other participants. If you do not wish to be recorded, keep your camera and microphone off or contact us before the session.
4. How we share information

Other participants, to the extent you choose to post content or share information in a community, call, or event. Advertising and analytics partners (for example, Google, Meta, and similar platforms) that use cookies and similar technologies to help us measure and target advertising; this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under some state laws, and you can opt out as described in Section 8. Legal, safety, and business purposes: we may disclose information to comply with law, subpoena, or legal process; to enforce our Terms and agreements; to detect and prevent fraud or security issues; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Company, our users, or others; and in connection with any merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case personal information may be transferred to the successor. 5. Cookies and tracking technologies
We and our partners use cookies (small files placed on your device), pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, understand how the Services are used, and deliver and measure advertising, including across other websites and devices. Categories we may use include strictly necessary cookies, functional cookies, analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics), and advertising cookies (such as Meta Pixel and Google Ads). You can control cookies through your browser settings, which may limit some functionality. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and learn about interest-based advertising choices at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from your browser as a request to opt out of sale/sharing where required by law; we do not otherwise respond to “Do Not Track” signals because no uniform standard exists.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for using a secure device and connection. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
